Once a pupil has exceeded the maximum number of times backing, education backing will expire, and the pupil will be withdrawn from the program.

Every occasion Scholars enter the program at Award Level 1. While at Award Level 1, the academic time aggregate entered by scholars is $500.

Scholars are eligible to admit backing at Award Level 1 for a finite number of times. This is also determined by grade position at the time of operation.

Operation Grade MaximumTimes of Funding Available MaximumTimes Eligible for Level 1
High academy elderly( 12)5 times3 times
First-year ( 13)4 times2 times
Second-year ( 14) 3 times1

WSOS calculates what we consider to be Scholars ’ grade position at the time of operation( “ operation grade ”) grounded on the number of terms of council study they’ve completed post-high academy anyhow of credits earned.

Credits earned in Running launch don’t impact a pupil’s operation grade.

Scholars who have studied at a council position for no terms are considered high academy seniors; one to two semesters or one to three diggings are considered first-time council scholars; three to four semesters or four to six diggings are considered alternate-time council scholars.

Scholars will admit Level 1 backing until they submit an Award Increase Request. To maintain their education, scholars must submit an Award Increase Request by October 1 of the time they’re needed to do so.

Scholars are encouraged to submit their Award Increase Request as soon as they meet the conditions as this will allow them to maximize the backing entered.

When a pupil’s Award Increase Request is approved, they will be assigned the applicable Award position grounded on the number of credits earned at the time of increase described in the tables set up in the Award Increase Request section of the website.

For each term after the increase, the pupil’s backing will automatically progress each term to the coming successional award position.

The quantum of funding the pupil will earn per term will be determined by their Award position. Scholars should anticipate admitting either three diggings ’ or two semesters ’ worth of backing per academic time.

The tables below figure the backing amounts per term scholars can anticipate to admit, if they’re enrolled full-time, grounded on award position which is paid daily or per semester.

The chain continues till a pupil reaches the end of the table above( having reached Level 10 Q or position 7 S), they will be withdrawn from WSOS as they’ve exceeded the maximum leveled backing and are no longer eligible to admit education bones from WSOS. Find out more.
